Other cities in Colombia: Delivery time is up to 3 business days, subject to carrier availability.
All our shipments are made with insured coverage.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for all transactions, including exchanges or returns.
Exchanges and Returns
If you wish to make an exchange or return, we invite you to contact us within three (3) business days after receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Statute.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the address to which you should send the product. The exchange or return will be processed through the same means of purchase.
For the process to be valid, the product must be:
